What is Rekucci's return policy?
We hope your order is exactly what you were wishing for! But in case it is not the fit or style of your dreams, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with the original tags and tickets still attached, along with original packaging. You have up to 30 days from the date of receival to return your item(s) purchased from Rekucci. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to return merchandise received as a gift must include the gift receipt or original order number. Please begin the return by going to our Return Policy page, and clicking the Return My Order link. A return shipping label will then be emailed to you, which you can print out and adhere to the returning parcel. All returns are free of charge.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we ship solely within Canada on www.rekucci.ca, and solely to the United States on www.rekucci.com

Yes, free shipping is available on all standard orders of $100 or more in Canada!
How do I know what size is right for me?

Is my credit card transaction secure?
Our website features state-of-the-art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the Internet.
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Rekucci.
Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:
- The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https"
- Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section of the browser window.
Only browsers that use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol are able to order through the Rekucci website. If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's home page.

How do I enter a promo code?
During the checkout process you will see a promo code field. Enter your promo code here and your savings will automatically be applied to your order total.
What does the letter "P" refer to in sizing?
Rekucci offers Petite-length clothing with the letter P labelled to a specific size. We offer Petite sizes in various models of our pants, denim and capris. If you are between the height of 5'0 and 5'4, you can find pants and denim that are 2 inches shorter in the inseam, in comparison to our standard sizes.
What does the letter "T" refer to in sizing?
Rekucci refers to Tall-length sizing with the letter T labelled to a specific size. We offer Tall-length sizes in various models of our pants. If you are between the heights of 5'9 and 5'11, you can find pants that are generally 3 inches longer in the inseam and total length, in comparison to our standard sizes.
Where is Rekucci clothing manufactured?
All Rekucci styles are designed in-house at our office in Montreal, and manufactured overseas in Asia and Jordan.
